Publication

During the first meeting of the working group on genetic monitoring, held in Maccarese (Rome), Italy, 17-19 January 2012,  experts discussed how to develop a genetic monitoring system that could be applied to genetic conservation units. After having exchanged experiences and discussed potential collaboration with other relevant projects, they agreed to focus on keystone tree species of ecological and economic importance, as well as on endangered species.
