Scattered Broadleaves Network: Summary of the third meeting
During the third meeting of the Scattered Broadleaves Network, held in Drøbak, Norway, 20-22 May 2008, participants received an update on recent EUFORGEN activities, country progress and the outputs of other related initiatives and networks. They reviewed the development of the ‘common action plans’ for three working groups of the network and discussed future tasks. The meeting also included a seminar on genetic variation in marginal populations of scattered broadleaves. The group discussed climate change and its implications for gene conservation of scattered broadleaves.
