Conifers Network: Report of the fifth meeting

The fifth meeting of the Conifers Network was held on 7-9 April 2005 in Larnaca, Cyprus. Network members received updates on recent work of EUFORGEN and on the status and progress of gene conservation in member countries as well as on meetings, projects and other initiatives relevant for the group. Members then split into three groups, each with a different objective as a part of the new workplan. Lastly, the group followed a seminar on ‘Forest conservation and management in Cyprus’.
